problems in children. Dr. Shear is married and

in Brooklyn Medical

The Chicago Medical School Internship: SUNY Upstate Medical Center,
Syracuse, NY Residency: The Mt. Sinai Hospital, New
York, NY Dr. Eichenfield started
this practice in 1960 in Baldwin. He moved to the current location in
Rockville Centre in 1980. He served as chief school
physician for the Baldwin School District from 1960 to 1994. His duties
included being the physician member on the committee of special education.
From this he developed an expertise in school evaluations, learning
disabilities, and the services available to children by the school district. Dr. Eichenfield also had
the honor of being Director of the Department of Pediatrics at Mercy Medical
Center from 1999 through 2004. Dr. Eichenfield retired
on July 1,2001. He remains
affiliated with Rockville Centre Pediatrics, LLP as an administrative
consultant. Dr. Eichenfield is
married and has three children and four grandchildren. |
